Discovering Books about Rare Books

The history of the book is an interdisciplinary area of inquiry that takes up the book as a primary source object of investigation. Books about rare books may include the history of paper, printing, typography, illustration, illumination, binding, book industries, libraries, book collectors, literacy, and bibliographic studies.
